Fact: online articles are one of the most effective ways of generating web traffic

Equation: great articles mean more web traffic, which translates into increased income.

This means as an article marketer, you’ll need to do two things: (1). Write articles, and (2). Get them

submitted to websites, blogs, forums, ezines and most importantly, article directories. In this session we’ll deal with submitting your literary works to article directories. Currently you have three options.

Option #1: Use Article Submission Software

There are software applications available that will submit your articles to various directories at the click of a few buttons. Most pros use this software, but they can afford it. The only two drawbacks of this type of software is first, the cost, which can range anywhere from a few hundred dollars, to six hundred dollars or more. The second drawback is infrequent updates as the article directories are sold, shutdown or change names or submission parameters.

Option #2: Pay Someone To Submit Your Articles
If you have the funds available, you can pay one of the many article submission services. Brace yourself because these services can be pricey. And I mean pricey as in Beverly Hills platinum card pricey. The good news is your time will be freed up to do whatever. Another thought is hiring or contracting someone like an administrative assistant to perform the submissions for you. Again, the only drawback is the cost involved. But once you start making money, using this option will be well worth the investment.

Option #3: Submit The Articles To The Directories Yourself
This option is tedious, boring and monotonous… all wrapped up into one. Each article could take a few hours submitting to multiple directories. The good news is, it is the probably the most effective way of submitting articles. Below is my most up date list of article directories. If the first two options are not in your budget, employ option #3.
